Angels Nest is raising funds and asking for your assistance. If you would like to donate a service or item to be auctioned off here for the purpose of raising funds for Angels Nest, please email me ASAP.   I will need a description of the service or item you are offering, your name and contact information, including your website if you have one. Please include the value of the service or item, what you would normally charge or approximate value. Contributing will help us to get our hot tub up and running faster and will help to keep Angels Nest happening. Offering something can also help to promote whatever service it is that you would like to offer or perhaps lead to some fun times, making some new friends etc. Please feel free to think outside the box. The more variety the better. Even if this is not your career, but something that you would like to offer here, please feel free to submit your ideas. Perhaps you are a good cook, good at organizing or cleaning, are a good "handy man or woman" for odd job around the house. Maybe you would like to offer to sing someone a song. Perhaps you can offer something fun, whimsical, or silly. One of my attractive female friends mentioned auctioning off a date with herself.

The number 1 issue is to replace the Hot Tub motor, blower and some other pipes, so we can finally get some use out of our large hot tub. We tried to get it repaired, but learned that it is "toast" and we will need to completely replace these parts. It will cost approximately $700 for these parts.

Number 2 issues is I am also going to need to take some time off of work, because I am having surgery on Dec. 22nd. I will not be able to give massages for about 3 or 4 weeks after surgery. Since I will not be able to earn an income by giving massage for nearly 1 month, I need to generate some funds to off set this loss. All funds will first go to the Hot Tub Fund, until the $700 is reached. Anything raised above and beyond that will go towards my Surgery and Recovery Fund.

I will be putting together a page with all services and offering to be bid on within the week. You will be able to find the list of services on my website, under the heading fund-raiser. It has not been added yet, but once it has, you will be able to find it here: http://www.angelstouches.com

I will have it available to view on my website and will distribute it too all on my mailing list. Once the bidding starts I will update the information of highest bid and bidder on my website once daily. The bidding will end on My Birthday, and the end of the year, Dec. 31st 2009. If you would like to be included in this project or have other suggestions or contributions, please be in touch ASAP.
